EUROPEAN MEETING ON CARTOGRAPHY FOR RISKS AND PREVENTION
The Interreg IVC Eufofinet project will celebrate a technical workshop and its Steering Group comittee in León (Spain).
21st-23rd February 2012
One of the objetives of the workshop is to work around prevention and Carthography of Risks, around GIS technologies. Eufofinet partners will present their experience in this field. Another aim is to advance on a european forest fires prevention network. In this sense, this meeting will host a debate around its needs and framework. We expect other european project's partners to participate in the meeting: Effmis and PYROSUDOE initiatives. To complete these activities, some side events of Effmis projects will take place: bilateral meetings and training staff exchanges.
This is an internal meeting for project's partners and managing authorities.

As a side event, 2 technical rooms will take place for external organizations and companies to present their experience in these project's topics.
