This document contains the Draft Action Plan for the Forest Sector y a Green Economy as endorsed by the special session of the Committee on Forests and the Forest Industry with the European Forestry Commission held on 17 and 18 June 2013. It includes the input received from organizations that were identified in the Action Plan as possible actors, during the last round of consultation held from mid-July to mid-September 2013. The Action Plan is submitted for approval to Metsä2013, the joint meeting of the Committee and the Commission, to take place in Rovaniemi, Finland, from 9 to 13 December 2013.
